Refund policy

All LUSH Elite products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To report an issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• A photo of the item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
