Shipping policy

All LUSH Elite products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and created before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package. Please note that shipping times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume. Because items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
